Every homeowner who contacts Catabcde Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Note that Catabcde Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then send you our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
